An Autumn Boost

Here at Roots Food we love our fridays, not only because its friday but also because we get to enjoy our #foodiefridays.

Which is, every Friday, one of us from the team Roots Food takes our favourite Moringa recipe for the rest of the team to taste. Roots food founder, Daniel, created these two amazing autumn kickstart juices!

They are not only a fantastic booster for this chilly season, but also for the perfect summer juice.

Green ice tea with Jasmine and Moringa

1. Use 1 tablespoon of Moringa powder and 1 teaspoon of Moringa flakes in water.

2. Add the juice of 1/2 grapefruit.

3. 2 freshly squeezed mandarins / clementines

4. Add freshly squeezed mint leaves

Moringa Tropical Juice

Ingredients: Grapefruit, pineapple, passion fruit, apples, ginger + moringa

Steps: 1. Squeeze the juice of half grapefruit, 4 passion fruit, 4 apples, (3-4 sliced) pineapple and freshly squeezed ginger.

Cool in the refrigerator and remember to shake it well before serving.

I sidste uge lavet vores founder Daniel disse to fantastik efterårs kickstart juice! De er ikke kun en fantastisk booster til denne årstids boost, men også til den perfekte sommer juice.

Grøn iste med Jasmine og Moringa 

1. Brug 1 spsk Moringa pulver og 1 tsk Moringa flager i vand.

2. Tilsæt saften af ​​1/2 grapefrugt.

3. 2 friskpresset mandariner / clementiner

4. Tilføj friskpresset mynteblade 

Moringa Tropical Juice

Ingredienser: Grapefrugt, ananas, passionfrugt, æbler, ingefær + moringa

Steps: 1. Klem saften af ​​en halv grapefrugt, 4 passionsfrugt , 4 æbler, (3-4 skiver) ananas og friskpresset ingefær.

Køl af i køleskabet og husk at ryste det godt før servering.
