Apricots and Rosemary are such a great combo, both in food and drinks. However, our secret ingredient is pure organic Moringa Tea that adds a tiny bit of spiciness to the Iced Tea. As always, we would love to see your creations. Simply tag us on social media: @rootsfoodworld

20 min + cooling time – 1 litre – easy

Ingredients:

Moringa Iced Tea

Instructions:

Bring the 1 litre of water to a boil and pour over the tea bags. Let them steep for at least 5 minutes, longer if you prefer a stronger flavour. Remove the tea bags and set the tea aside to let it cool down.

Meanwhile, cut the apricots in small pieces and put them in a saucepan. Add the sugar (add more than 3 tbsp if you like your iced tea to be sweeter) and cook the fruit on medium heat until the apricots are really soft and have broken down.

Use a blender to puree the mixture and then strain it through a fine strainer. Add the puree amd rosemary stalks to the tea and refrigerate until cold.

Pour over ice and enjoy!
