Moringa Chia Pudding

Summer is here and we were thinking about how we could put our Moringa Powder to use in order to create a summery dish that is easy to make and does not fill you up.

We have to admit, we did not reinvent the wheel, but we still recommend you give this Moringa Chia Pudding a go since it is healthy, super easy to make  and can be enjoyed for breakfast, dessert or just as a snack in between meals.

10 min – 1-2 servings – easy

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml Oat Milk
  • 2 tbsp Sweetener of choice (honey; agave or rice syrup to make it vegan)
  • 50 g Chia Seeds
  • 1.5 tsp Roots Food Moringa Powder
  • some Vanilla

For the Topping:

  • Vanilla Yoghurt (soy or similar to make it vegan)
  • Banana
  • Berries
  • Cocoa Nibs
  • Puffed Quinoa

Moringa Chia Pudding

Instructions:

Pour the plant milk into a bowl or jar, add sweetener, vanilla, moringa powder and stir well. Then add the chia seeds and stir again.

Put the mixture into the fridge for at least 2 hours (better overnight) to give the chia seeds time to soak up the liquid.

Lastly, top the chia pudding with yoghurt, fruit, berries, cocoa nibs, puffed quinoa – or anything else you can think of.
