Moringa & Berry Muffins

Would you like something delicious with your coffee or your Moringa Latte, then try our Moringa Berry Muffins!

They are simple to make and even grandmothers will love these green muffins.

What you need;

 Dry part:

  • 5 dl wheat flour (or gluten-free flour)
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 4 tablespoons Moringa Flakes or Powder by Roots Food
  • 50 g berries (fresh or frozen).

Wet part:

  • 2½ dl yogurt
  • 1¼ dl oil or melted butter
  • 2 ½ dl sugar
  • 1 egg

Mix the dry part together. Then mix the damp part together. Add the berries to the dry part and then mix the dry and damp part together. You can do this manually stirring quickly. It’s fine if there are a couple of lumps here and there, they will disappear during baking. Butter or oil muffin baking tray and fill halfway.

Bake at 175 ° C for approx. 35-40 minutes.

Fugtig del:

  • 2½ dl yoghurt
  • 1 ¼ dl olie eller smeltet smør
  • 2 ½ dl sukker
  • 1 æg

Bland den tørre del sammen. Bland derefter den fugtige del sammen. Tilsæt bærene til den tørre del, og bland derefter den tørre og fugtige del sammen. Du kan gøre dette manuelt omrøring hurtigt. Det er fint, hvis der er et par klumper her og der, vil de forsvinde under bagning. Smør eller olie muffinbagebakken og fyld halvvejs. Bages ved 175 ° C i ca. 35-40 minutter.
